Refunds:
- Returns are refunded to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Policy Duration:
- Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Regrettably, if 30 days have elapsed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Earrings:
- Due to hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for earrings unless we are contacted within 24 hours of the item's receipt.
Exceptions:
- Discounted Items: All sales of discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original packaging and must be free of any signs of wear or use.
- Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. Please note that a handling fee of R20 will be applied to all returns.
